1:1 Sessions: Transformational Life Coaching
To support you one-on-one to identify and achieve your goals. Using proven techniques, including (but not limited to) traditional coaching, neuro linguistic programming, breathwork and EMDR.
Duration: 1 or 2 hour sessions to work around you. Can be booked as individual sessions or blocks of 6 - 12 sessions at a discounted price, or even book a whole week to work together. Its all about flow and working to suit your life style.

Release and Re-energise - Transformational Breathwork
Using deep breathwork and somatic energetic release, I’ll guide you through the unconscious elements from The Healing programme - you don’t even have to talk! Trust the process, experience the release, come out of the mind and into the body. You will experience peace like never before.

This is my longest running programme and offers a powerful process to release trapped, blocked and stagnated energies in the body, that left untreated lead to many psychological, emotional and physical health problemss.
​
I’ll use a combination of breath work, mindfulness, meditation and reiki to guide you to raise your vibrations.
This is a total body release and nervous system recalibration.
After completing "Release & Re-energise," participants often describe a profound shift in their energy and perspective. They feel liberated from the weight of unconscious traumas, walking with a newfound lightness. The body, having let go of stagnant energies, paves the way for increased vitality, resilience, awerness and clarity.
The sessions will give you an insight into areas of self development that need your attention along with more compassion for yourself in order to fulfil them.

This is a powerful emotional intelligence and emotional regulation programme- a full nervous system reboot. We’ll work on embedding techniques to manage your thoughts and emotions, allowing you to truly empower yourself.

This programme works on deeply trapped energies, emotions and memories, giving you the confidence to be the most illuminated version of you. We’ll safely release any stresses, trauma and blocked energy using practical tools and breathwork.

Harmony

Now it’s time to find balance and rhythm in your day to day life. During Harmony, we’ll work on finding peace within yourself and rekindling your passion for life. You’ll finish the programme with more passion, fun and harmony in your mind and your life.
Harmony is a pro-active behavioural programme helping you achieve better balance, structure and patterns. After working on your mindset during Shining The Light, and managing your emotional state in The Healing, Harmony brings everything together in a classic life coaching programme.
In Harmony, we quite literally exam all areas of your life. We’ll design and implement a structure to help you through the days, weeks, months and years ahead. We’ll examine influences in your life - people, places and things, that may be affecting your energy- to create new behaviours and install confidence in making decisions going forward. The time you say you never had! We will create the time and balance within your life to be achieving what you want, while living how you want.
This course uses ‘classic’ coaching methods to give you confidence, purpose and ownership of your life and decisions. Finally living a life that is true to you, with your own meaning.
After completing Harmony, you’ll have a more structured and balanced life, both inside and out. Feel like you have more space, less stress, more drive and understand the art of balance in doing, being and living.
